Blocking a WhatsApp Group
When WhatsApp Groups are enabled for your connected number, group messages can be received and logged in HelloSend. However, you may have certain groups that are not relevant to your business communication or do not need to be tracked in the HelloSend Inbox.

How to Block a WhatsApp Group
- Go to the HelloSend Inbox.
- Open the WhatsApp Group conversation that you no longer want to track.
- Select the option to Block Group.
- Once the group is blocked, new messages from that group will no longer be logged in HelloSend.

When Should You Block a Group?
You can use the block option for groups that do not need to be monitored as part of your customer communication workflow.
- Personal WhatsApp groups that are not related to business communication.
- Internal groups that do not need to appear in the HelloSend Inbox.
- Inactive or unnecessary group conversations that you no longer want to track.
- Groups that are not relevant to your customer support, sales, or communication workflows.
