New to Twilio? Sign Up
- Go to Twilio's website and create an account.
- Verify your email and phone number.
- Purchase a Twilio phone number with SMS/MMS capabilities.
Already have a Twilio account? Log In
- Visit Twilio's website and sign in.
- Ensure you have a Twilio phone number with SMS/MMS enabled. If not, purchase one from the Twilio console.
2Get Twilio API Credentials
- Log in to your Twilio's account.
- Navigate to Console → Account Info.
Copy the following details:
- Account SID
- Auth Token

3Connect Twilio to HelloSend
- Open HelloSend and navigate to Settings.
- Go to Channels in the settings menu.
- Select SMS from the available options.
- Click on Twilio to configure the settings.
- Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token, then click Authorize to complete the process.
- The SMS-enabled number will be listed—switch on the number you want to connect.
