1Access Your Twilio Account

  • Go to Twilio's website and create an account.
  • Verify your email and phone number.
  • Purchase a Twilio phone number with SMS/MMS capabilities.

Already have a Twilio account? Log In

  • Visit Twilio's website and sign in.
  • Ensure you have a Twilio phone number with SMS/MMS enabled. If not, purchase one from the Twilio console.

2Get Twilio API Credentials

Copy the following details:

  • Account SID
  • Auth Token

3Connect Twilio to HelloSend

  • Open HelloSend and navigate to Settings.
  • Go to Channels in the settings menu.
  • Select SMS from the available options.
  • Click on Twilio to configure the settings.
  • Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token, then click Authorize to complete the process.
  • The SMS-enabled number will be listed—switch on the number you want to connect.

4Test the Connection

  • In the HelloSend page, navigate to the Inbox.
  • Enter your phone number and send a test SMS.
