Step 1: Connect Twilio WhatsApp Channel
- Go to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp
- Select Twilio WhatsApp

Enter your:
- Twilio Account SID
- Twilio Auth Token
- Click Authorize
- Once authorized, HelloSend will fetch your Twilio WhatsApp Business numbers automatically.
- Enable the required WhatsApp numbers using the toggle switch.
- Your Twilio WhatsApp channel is now connected successfully.
Step 2: Add Twilio WhatsApp Templates
- Go to Settings → Templates → Add Template
- Under Type, choose Twilio WhatsApp
- Select your approved WhatsApp template from Twilio.
- Add a Friendly Name
- Choose the required CRM module.
- Review the template details carefully.
- Click Add to create the template.
Note: WhatsApp templates must first be created and approved inside your Twilio WhatsApp Business account before they can be used in HelloSend.
Step 3: Send WhatsApp Messages
- Go to the Inbox
- Open an existing chat or start a new conversation.
- Select the connected Twilio WhatsApp number
- Choose an approved WhatsApp template for the first message.
- Send the message to the customer.
- Once the customer replies, you can continue the conversation freely within the 24-hour moving conversation window.
