Log in to Pipedrive
Access your account with the required permissions.
Go to the People, Lead, or Deal Record
Navigate to the contact or record where you want to send the SMS.
Locate the HelloSend DM Widget
In the Detail View, find the HelloSend DM panel inside the record layout (usually on the left panel or toolbar).
Use Module-Based Templates (Optional)

You can insert templates in two ways:
Choose Template Dropdown
