How to Connect Telegram in HelloSend
The Telegram channel in HelloSend lets you connect a Telegram bot to your account, so your team can send and receive Telegram messages from the HelloSend Inbox. You create the bot with @BotFather in Telegram, then paste its Bot Token into HelloSend to link the bot to your workspace.
Once the bot is connected, customer messages sent to it appear in the shared inbox, where your team can manage and respond to them alongside your other channels. This guide shows you how to open the Telegram channel, create a bot with BotFather, connect it with the Bot Token, share your bot link with customers, and reply from the Inbox.
