How to Set Up Roles & Permissions in HelloSend

HelloSend supports Role-Based Permission Management, enabling administrators to define and control user access based on roles. By default, HelloSend includes two predefined roles: Admin and User. In addition to these, admins can create custom roles tailored to specific team needs, ensuring users only access features and data relevant to their responsibilities.

To get started, navigate to Settings > Users > Roles & Permission within the HelloSend platform. From there, you can view existing roles, create new ones, and assign detailed permissions across messaging, calls, and system settings — giving you full control over how your team interacts with HelloSend.
