How to Set Up SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram & Voice in Zoho Books
Connecting HelloSend with Zoho Books gives you a Zoho Books WhatsApp integration, with SMS and the other supported channels, so you can message your Zoho Books customers from one HelloSend workspace. You sign up for HelloSend, choose Zoho Books on the integrations page and approve access on the Zoho consent screen. You can then search for contacts synced from Zoho Books in the HelloSend Inbox and start conversations with them.
This guide covers the full setup: signing up, authorizing Zoho Books, connecting a channel (using WhatsApp (Mobile) as the example), verifying the channel and sending your first message. It then shows how to create a HelloSend webhook and connect it to a Zoho Books webhook and workflow rule, so the webhook is triggered when a customer is created or edited in Zoho Books.
