RingCentral for Zendesk SELL

Key Points

1. Easy SMS:
Type and send SMS text just in few clicks.

2. Deal Module:
Go to Zendesk-Sell Deal module and click on any Deal.
‍
3. Prepopulated:
Authorized RingCentral number and Deal’s phone number will be prepopulated as From and To number fields correspondingly.
‍
4. Outbound message:
The Outbound message will be added as Notes under corresponding record.

Step 1

Setting Up

1. Install the plugin from Zendesk Sell Marketplace listings

2. Click Sign in with RingCentral to OAuth Authentication

Step 2

Authorize

1. Authorize RingCentral and Configure RingCentral Phone number

Step 3

Send SMS

1. Go to Deals / Deals and select the specific Deals / Right side, RingCentral Apps Open

2. From numbers pre-filled popup will be open.

3. Please Enter To Number with Code must

4. Enter your message and click Send SMS.
