Installation and Configurations

1. Install the extension and authorize the Zoho Desk service.

2. Navigate to the Ticket detail page and locate ChatGPT on the right-hand side window.

3. Copy and paste the content into the Rephrase tool and click on “Generate” to obtain the rephrased content. Use “Insert to Editor” to paste the rephrased content into the Ticket page.
