How to Connect Mobile WhatsApp and
CRM using HelloSend

Here’s how to connect your mobile WhatsApp with Zoho CRM or Pipedrive via QR code:

Step 1: Access Settings  

  1. Open the Settings page in HelloSend.
  1. Click on Channel from the menu options.
  1. Select WhatsApp from the available channels.
  2. At the top, you'll find the options for WhatsApp / WABA. Select WhatsApp to continue.

Step 2: Connect your Mobile WhatsApp via QR Code

  1. Click on Connect via QR Code.
  1. A QR code will be displayed on the screen.
  2. The number will be enabled automatically, and you can assign any friendly name to it.
  1. For Android Users
  1. Open mobile WhatsApp on your phone.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner.
  3. Select Linked devices.
  4. Tap Link a device.
  5. Unlock your phone using fingerprint, face unlock, or PIN.
  6. Scan the QR code displayed on the secondary device.
  1. For iPhone Users
  1. Go to WhatsApp Settings>Linked devices>Link device.
  2. Unlock your iPhone if you’re on iOS 14 or above:
  3. Use Touch ID or Face ID to unlock.
  4. If you don’t have biometric authentication enabled, you’ll be prompted to enter the PIN you use to unlock your phone.
  5. Point your primary phone at the screen of the device you want to link to, and scan the QR code.

Step 4: Start Messaging

  1. Once your mobile WhatsApp number is linked, go to your Inbox in HelloSend.Select any contact.
  2. Type your message in the input field and click Send.
  3. A “Delivered” message will confirm that setup is complete.
