How to Connect Mobile WhatsApp and CRM using HelloSend

  • Open the Settings page in HelloSend.
  • Click on Channel from the menu options.
  • Select WhatsApp from the available channels.
  • At the top, you'll find the options for WhatsApp / WABA. Select WhatsApp to continue.

2Connect your Mobile WhatsApp via QR Code

  • Click on Connect via QR Code.
  • A QR code will be displayed on the screen.
  • The number will be enabled automatically, and you can assign any friendly name to it.

3Link Your Mobile WhatsApp

For Android Users

  • Open mobile WhatsApp on your phone.
  • Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner.
  • Select Linked devices.
  • Tap Link a device.
  • Unlock your phone using fingerprint, face unlock, or PIN.
  • Scan the QR code displayed on the secondary device.

For iPhone Users

  • Go to WhatsApp Settings → Linked devices → Link device.
  • Unlock your iPhone if you're on iOS 14 or above:
  • Use Touch ID or Face ID to unlock.
  • If you don't have biometric authentication enabled, you'll be prompted to enter the PIN you use to unlock your phone.
