Yes! We offer a 1-user plan at $45/mo and a 2-user plan at $60/mo for smaller teams. Contact us for details.

Are carrier charges included in HelloSend pricing?

No. Carrier fees from Twilio, RingCentral, and Meta are billed separately. HelloSend does not add any hidden markups.

What happens if I exceed my message credits?

You can add users to increase monthly credits. Additional usage may incur overage charges.

Is 10DLC registration required?

Yes, if you purchase a Twilio US number for A2P messaging. HelloSend handles the entire registration process.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Refund eligibility applies within 7 days if there is no usage.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
