Step 1

Prerequisites & Setup

1. Sign up for a Telnyx account.

2. Make a note of your API KEY unique to your Telnyx account.

3. Purchase Telnyx phone number to be used for SMS.

4. Choose Department where the SMS to be converted as Ticket.

5. Choose channel name as SMS or choose your own name.

6. Choose the Profile to access.

7. Agree Terms and conditions.

8. Click Update.

9. Authorise Zoho Desk and Telnyx account
